The concept of this institution owe its origin to the parent organization, Electrometer Corporation, which has already emerged as a leading multidisciplinary & NABL accredited calibration laboratory in the country.

Admission shall be based on academic record and performance on entrance examination conducted by IIM. Standard of questions shall be of Higher Secondary level.
Students in engineering colleges do not normally get an opportunity to attend a curriculum focused to industry needs. They are also often found lacking in theoretical orientation.
The Institution has a state-of-art Metrology laboratory in different disciplines with advance testing facilities for hands-on training. Classroom with a seating capacity of forty-five students.
